Christopher
I chose this hotel for a workshop and the meeting rooms provided adaptable and versatile spaces for our group. The staff were well-trained and the hotel offered free high-speed wireless internet, natural daylight, and air conditioning, which made our meetings comfortable and productive.
The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and scanning facilities.

Was a brilliant place for trip. The hotel was reliable and exceptional, though I stayed for 5 nights only. The venue's location was central, in a lush hilly area with a beautiful vista. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Neo, they had some goodies, drinks. I liked the room, the bed was extremely comfy. A walk-in shower, a drier, and bath robes was a plus.

The location was particularly good, just off Kigali for the commemoration of the 24th Anniversary of the Genocide against the Tutsi, the city centre and other, and a very good Indian restaurant called Khana Khazana and easily accessible. Had lunch/dinner at Milima Restaurant, which I found at a medium distance from the hotel.

The Garden Inn by Radisson is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the sleek design of the rooms, the amazing gym and pool facilities, and the stunning views of the hills. The location couldn't be better, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and close to both my meetings and sightseeing spots. But the real highlight was the staff - from the friendly drivers to the attentive receptionists, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even helped me track down my lost baggage! The value for money was excellent, and I can't wait to return. It was truly a jaw-dropping experience.

The location of the hotel was central, next to Kigali for the commemoration of the 24th Anniversary of the Genocide against the Tutsi and a very good Indian restaurant. Also, Kigali Convention Centre was 3 miles away.

The hotel was well priced and neat with incredible views on the hills of Kigali. We got a room with bathtubs. Had an electric kettle and a fridge at our disposal. The staff was top-class and attentive and always greeted us. The location was peaceful, near to the cafe and the restaurant and Khana Khazana.

The hotel was clean and quiet, which was really appreciated. The room was comfortable and the gym was great. The breakfast and dinner were also quite good, even though the menu was a bit monotonous. The location was also very convenient as it was close to the city center and other tourist attractions.
The hotel lacked some important services like currency exchange or an ATM on the premises or nearby. This made it difficult for us to access cash when we needed it.

The hotel of choice in Kigali. Reliable venue, very comfy beds, impressive rooms. Polite, amiable people working here. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

We recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape and enjoyed the complementary wine and chocolate offered upon arrival. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the city and easy access to local attractions. the hotel had a great spa that provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. The room could have been cleaner and some of the furniture was outdated.

The room was soundproof with coffee and a great view, for instance, had everything we wanted. What made our stay very very good was the top-class and hospitable staff. The location was magnificent and decent for our trip...
